Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking licensed mental health professionals to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who are LMSW, LCSW-C, LCPC, LCADC seeking clinical experience in a collaborative setting. We provide flexible scheduling.

Key Responsibilites

Conduct comprehensive bio psychosocial assessments, incorporating clients' strengths, challenges, and cultural factors into treatment planning

Diagnose mental health conditions and develop person-centered, goal driven treatment plans

Provide individual or group therapy.

Monitor clients progress and adjust treatment plan interventions

Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with Carelon Behavioral Health, Comar regulations and ACHC standards.

Required Licensure (Maryland)

LCSW-C, LMSW, LCSW, LCPC,

Prior experience in mental health or behavioral health is preferred

Efficient in EHR systems and virtual care platforms

developing problem-solving skills, enhancing self-esteem, developing pre-vocational skills, improving social/relationship skills, enhancing self-esteem, developing recovery within a psychosocial rehabilitation setting.

The Rehabilitation Specialist is responsible for documentation according to agency policy and Medicaid and Licensure regulations under Comar 10.63.03.09 (for Adults) and Comar 10.63.03.10 (for Minors). The Rehabilitation Specialist shall be employed for at least 20 hours per week when the program serves less than 30 individuals or at least 40 hours per week when the programs serves 30 individuals or more.

The Rehabilitation Specialist reports to, and receives supervision from, the Executive Director.
