Environmental Services Worker

Position: Environmental Services Associate

Duration: 6 month contract to hire

Location: Brunswick, GA

Hours: (weekends included if needed)

Shifts:

• 7:00a-3:30p OR 3:00PM -11:30PM

PR: $15/hr

Start Date: December 15th  

Must-Haves:

• High School Diploma
• Previous custodial experience preferred
• Able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions

Day-to-Day:

The EVS Worker is responsible for cleaning and maintaining assigned areas to ensure customer, client, and patient satisfaction. Duties may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow established procedures to maintain a safe work environment in compliance with OSHA, state/local, federal, and Aramark regulations.
• Clean and sanitize patient/resident rooms, including:
• • Vacuuming, high and low dusting
  • Bed making and stripping
  • Removing general and hazardous waste
• Clean restrooms using proper infection control procedures.
• Maintain and clean housekeeping equipment accurately.
• Follow proper procedures for trash storage, disposal, and transport to designated areas.
• Report maintenance issues through work order requests.
• Secure the facility by locking/unlocking as required
