School-Based Physical Therapist - Green Valley, AZ

Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position offers a part-time physical therapy opportunity within a K-12 educational setting located in Green Valley, AZ. The role provides direct support to either a middle or high school student population, with caseload specifics to be discussed during the interview.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Arizona Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Experience working with school-aged children is preferred
• Strong munication skills and ability to collaborate with educators and families

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services tailored to the unique needs of students
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in pliance with school and legal requirements
• Participate in meetings regarding student progress and develop strategies to support academic and functional goals
• Deliver therapy services for one day per week, totaling approximately 8 hours, with a flexible schedule to acmodate school needs
