Senior Engineer

ComResource is looking for a Senior Engineer.

We need someone to assist in developing full-stack software solutions across all layers of complex applications.

Responsibilities:

• Build high-quality software components using clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Lead development initiatives and contribute to sizing and complexity estimates
• Create test strategies and automated testing across unit, integration, and acceptance levels
• Develop REST services, microservices, and server-/client-side features
• Apply data modeling, storage strategies, and system integration techniques
• Implement infrastructure-as-code, container orchestration, and deployment automation
• Enhance system reliability through logging, monitoring, and operational best practices
• Write technical stories and collaborate on requirements and architectural decisions

Essentials:

• Experience with Java (Spring Boot preferred), JavaScript/React, and microservices
• Strong understanding of cloud services, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases and messaging systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to mentor and influence team decisions
• 6+ years of software engineering experience

Desired:

• Experience proposing product features and collaborating with business stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
