Overview

Innovative Therapy Concepts is seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist for Texas Orthopedic Associates in Plano, TX. This position is ideal for both new graduates and experienced PTs.

The PT hired will join a skilled team to treat a diverse outpatient orthopedic caseload, including non-operative and post-op patients. Clinicians work with patients of all ages, from pediatric to senior, and athletes of varying levels.

Compensation & Benefits

• Approximate starting salary for new grads: $70,000/year

• Compensation increases based on experience

Clinic Hours / Work Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 7:00 am – 6:00 pm

• Friday: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm

• No weekends or holidays

• Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance

Job Requirements

• Eligible for TX state licensure as a Physical Therapist

• New grads encouraged to apply; mentorship provided

• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
