Delmar Gardens Home Care has an immediate need for a Full-Time Licensed Master of Social Worker responsible for assisting the health care team in assessing and understanding significant social and emotional needs related to the health problems of the client, who is an energetic and career minded individual. Initiative and excellent interpersonal and organizational skills required. Marketing and community relations will round out this great opportunity.
