About the Role
High Point Residence Waterloo is seeking compassionate, dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team. CNAs are essential in providing high-quality, person-centered support to our residents. In this role, you will work collaboratively with the nursing team to ensure residents receive individualized care that aligns with their assessment and care plan.

Responsibilities
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care needs as directed by the Wellness Director
• Support residents during mealtimes, including feeding assistance as needed
• Take, record, and report vital signs accurately
• Communicate resident needs, concerns, or changes in condition to the nursing team
• Respond promptly and courteously to call lights and resident requests
• Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing resident rooms and common areas
• Change bed linens, restock supplies, and help maintain an organized environment
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Wellness Director or nursing supervisor
