LVNs needed for Evening/NOC Shifts:

• 7pm-1am - Monday and Tuesday
• 7pm to midnight - Wednesday
• 3pm -11pm - Thursday and Friday
• 7pm- 11pm - Saturday
• 3pm-11pm - Sunday

We are currently building a team of Licensed Vocational Nurses for a specific client in Oxnard, and need LVNs.

LVN Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility support.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness strategies.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation of patient progress and interventions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• May be required to travel up to a 30 mile radius.
  

Licensed Vocations Nurses Qualifications

• Current LVN license in the state of California.
• 6mos to 1yr of LVN experience
• Experience with Tracheostomy care and G-Tube feedings is preferred
• Ability to provide critical care for patients with complex needs.
