Opportunity Highlights

• Schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday
• Job Setting: Hospital
• Types of Cases: Average of 15 patients per day, 12 patient encounters per shift. SBRT, VMAT and conventional radiation treatment. Facility has Elekta Versa HD Linear Accelerator, GE Discovery RT Sim, Monaco Treatment Planning System and MIMS Contouring Station.
• Credentialing: 30 days

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible:Not required
• Licensure: Virginia license required

• External Beam Therapy (EBRT):

• Rapid Arc/VMAT - Required
• Electrons - Required

• Techniques:
• Conventional/Conformal Therapy - Required
• Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT) - Required
• Image Guided Radiation Therapy (IGRT) - Required
• Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT) - Required
• Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS) - all types - Required
• Treatment Planning:
• Conventional treatment planning - Required
• Beam shaping (MLC) - Required
• 3D CRT - Required
• IMRT - Required
• PET CT or MRI Image Fusion - Required
