Sales Associate/Assistant Manager

We are currently seeking to hire a Sales Associate/Assistant Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• In this role, you'll help customers choose paint, handle transactions, assist with color palette and keep the store organized. You'll also be responsible and be accountable for providing great customer service and accurately handling cash and credit transactions.
• Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting and inventory order management
• Report on team and individual performance for additional incentives
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
• Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

Qualifications:

• We're looking for someone with good customer service skills, the ability to lift some moderate weights and familiarity with home improvement products is definitely a plus.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
• Ability to handle phone orders professionally and communicate clearly over the phone.
• Experience as a supervisor or manager
• Strong leadership qualities and interpersonal skills to collaborate well with the team
• Ability to build rapport with clients
