This role suits candidates who have a solid background in independent retail pharmacies and a comprehensive understanding of typing, billing, and reimbursementsnot solely dispensing prescriptions. Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
• Saturday, 10:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Sunday closed

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing billing and managing reimbursements
• Verifying prescriptions accurately
• Supporting pharmacy operations beyond dispensing

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid New York State Pharmacist License, in good standing with no negative marks
• Proven recent experience in retail pharmacy settings, preferably outside of large chain or big box stores
• Proficiency with MicroMerchant systems is essential
• Availability to work any day Monday through Saturday
• Local candidates preferred due to travel requirements across boroughs
