Salary Range: $81,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and program PLC and HMI systems for automated manufacturing processes.
- Commission, test, and troubleshoot new control systems, machinery, and equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and software issues in existing control systems to minimize downtime.
- Optimize control algorithms and system parameters to improve production efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Create and maintain detailed electrical schematics, software documentation, and control system specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, and other engineering disciplines.
- Ensure all control systems comply with relevant industry standards and safety regulations.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
- Strong understanding of industrial control systems, instrumentation, and motor control (VFDs, servos).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, and software issues in automated manufacturing environments.
- Experience with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet) and data acquisition.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with robotic programming and integration (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
- Proficiency with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
- Knowledge of industrial network architecture and cybersecurity best practices for OT systems.
- Experience with SCADA/MES integration and database connectivity (e.g., SQL).
