Salary Range: $84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Design, program, and troubleshoot PLC and HMI/SCADA systems for manufacturing equipment.
- Develop and implement new control system architectures and automation solutions.
- Provide expert technical support for existing control systems, diagnosing and resolving complex issues.
- Optimize manufacturing processes through automation improvements and control system enhancements.
- Integrate and commission new machinery and robotic systems into production lines.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards by designing and implementing robust safety control systems.
- Create and maintain detailed electrical schematics, control documentation, and system specifications.
Recommended Qualifications
- Expertise in programming and troubleshooting Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley) PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs.
- Proficiency in designing, implementing, and maintaining industrial control networks (e.g., EtherNet/IP, Profinet).
- Strong ability to read, interpret, and create electrical schematics and panel layouts using CAD software.
- Experience with industrial robotics (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB) and their integration into automated systems.
- Demonstrated experience in PID loop tuning, sensor integration, and process instrumentation.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with industrial robotics (e.g., Fanuc, KUKA, ABB) or machine vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
- Proficiency with SQL databases, data historians (e.g., OSI Pi), or data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Programming skills in Python or C# for custom applications, data acquisition, or system integration.
- Familiarity with industrial network design, configuration, and cybersecurity principles.
