Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement industrial control systems (PLC, HMI, SCADA).
- Program and configure Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs).
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex electrical and control system issues.
- Develop and maintain accurate control system documentation, including schematics and logic.
- Support commissioning, startup, and optimization of new and existing manufacturing equipment.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve system performance and reliability.
- Ensure all control systems comply with safety standards, industry regulations, and company policies.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
- Experience with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP).
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and commissioning skills for automated machinery.
- Knowledge of industrial robotics (e.g., Fanuc, KUKA, ABB) and servo/motion control systems.
- Ability to read, interpret, and develop electrical schematics and control panel layouts.
- Familiarity with functional safety standards (e.g., ISO 13849, IEC 62061) and safety circuit design.
Bonus Qualifications
- Robotics programming and integration experience (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB)
- Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence)
- Proficiency with SQL databases for data collection, reporting, and MES integration
- Familiarity with ISA-88 batch control or ISA-95 enterprise-control system integration standards
