Salary Range: $58,000 - $90,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems and industrial machinery.
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on electrical equipment and controls.
- Install, maintain, and calibrate electrical components, wiring, and control panels.
- Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
- Execute Lockout/Tagout procedures and adhere to all safety regulations and codes.
- Work with PLCs, VFDs, and motor control systems for programming, repair, and calibration.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve potential electrical hazards.
Recommended Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience troubleshooting and repairing PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs.
- Strong knowledge of industrial control systems, motor controls, and power distribution.
- Ability to read, interpret, and update electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Experience with preventative maintenance and root cause analysis of electrical equipment.
- Familiarity with NFPA 70E and other relevant electrical safety standards.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with PLC programming and advanced troubleshooting (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell).
- Certification or specialized training in NFPA 70E / Arc Flash safety.
- Experience with robotics maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in commissioning and programming Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
- Knowledge of instrumentation and process control systems.
