Salary Range: $62,000 - $95,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical control systems and industrial machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions using various testing devices.
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical equipment, motors, and wiring systems.
• Interpret and work from electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes (e.g., NEC) and company safety regulations.
• Program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs.
• Calibrate and test electrical components and instrumentation.

Recommended Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification
• Proven experience with PLC troubleshooting, programming, and repair
• Strong knowledge of industrial control systems, motors, VFDs, and sensors
• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Experience performing preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs on manufacturing equipment
• Familiarity with relevant electrical codes (e.g., NEC) and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA)

Bonus Qualifications

• Advanced PLC programming and configuration experience
• Experience with robotics electrical systems and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in SCADA systems and industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, Profibus)
• Instrumentation and process control system knowledge
