Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Associate to join our dynamic team. This position is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in communications, public relations, or related fields. The Entry Level Communications Associate will play a crucial role in supporting our communications efforts by assisting in the development and execution of communication strategies, creating engaging content, and fostering relationships with various stakeholders. 

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and distributing internal and external communications materials such as newsletters, press releases, and social media posts.
• Support the planning and execution of communication campaigns to promote organizational initiatives and events.
• Collaborate with team members to develop engaging content for the company website and social media platforms.
• Conduct research to gather information on industry trends and best practices related to communications and public relations.
• Help maintain and update communication databases, including media contacts and distribution lists.
• Assist in monitoring media coverage and compiling reports on communications effectiveness.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
