Customer Service Rep.-Call Center

We are currently looking to bring on a customer service rep for our Champion Home program

The role:

• Answering inbound calls to assist potential home buyers
• Some outbound calling to follow-up on the status of a customers inquiry
• Utilizing multiple screens while talking to customers
• Must be VERY dependable

The Requirements:

• Must be conversational as this role is not "scripted"
• Must have the ability to easily navigate between multiple screens while provide exceptional customer service.
• Agents will need to have good grammar and professional communication skills
• Good listening skills
• 12pm to 8pm Tuesday through Saturday
• Sunday & Monday off days
• Must be able to work onsite in our Sanford FL office ( this is not a remote position)

The Perks:

• Pay is $14/hr.
• Weekly pay via direct deposit
