Salary Range: $105,000 - $152,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met.
- Implement and manage continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead, train, and develop the production team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on safety and productivity.
- Manage operational budgets, control expenses, and optimize resource allocation (labor, equipment, materials).
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance within the manufacturing facility.
- Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, and sales departments to align production plans with business objectives.
- Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement effective corrective actions.
Recommended Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, quality control, and safety compliance.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop cross-functional teams in a fast-paced production environment.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and data analysis tools relevant to manufacturing operations.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
- Proficiency with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Experience implementing automation or Industry 4.0 technologies
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience in a multi-site or global manufacturing environment
