Salary Range: $88,000 - $134,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives and projects (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) across manufacturing operations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a sustainable continuous improvement strategy.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve operational inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks.
• Train, coach, and mentor employees at all levels on continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the impact of improvement efforts.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to drive process optimization and problem-solving.
• Promote and embed a culture of continuous improvement throughout the plant.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in continuous improvement roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB).
• Extensive knowledge and practical application of Lean manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., VSM, 5S, Kaizen).
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor cross-functional teams in process improvement projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Certification or significant experience in formal change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci).
• Familiarity with automation technologies, IoT, or Industry 4.0 principles in a manufacturing context.
• Proven experience implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or Theory of Constraints (TOC).
