Salary Range: $88,000 - $134,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives and projects (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) across manufacturing operations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain a sustainable continuous improvement strategy.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve operational inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks.
- Train, coach, and mentor employees at all levels on continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the impact of improvement efforts.
- Facilitate cross-functional teams to drive process optimization and problem-solving.
- Promote and embed a culture of continuous improvement throughout the plant.
Recommended Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in continuous improvement roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB).
- Extensive knowledge and practical application of Lean manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., VSM, 5S, Kaizen).
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor cross-functional teams in process improvement projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Certification or significant experience in formal change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci).
- Familiarity with automation technologies, IoT, or Industry 4.0 principles in a manufacturing context.
- Proven experience implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or Theory of Constraints (TOC).
