POSITION SUMMARY Are you passionate about collaboration and community? Grinnell College seeks a Post-Baccalaureate Community Partnerships Assistant to support and strengthen the College’s community engagement efforts. Reporting to the Director of Community and Government Relations, this position plays a key role in strengthening community partnerships, supporting campus and community programming, and advancing new initiatives in the Weingart Civic Innovation Pavilion at Renfrow Hall. Be part of a team that brings people together and supports programs that welcome the public to campus, foster new partnerships, and enrich the Grinnell experience for all. This is a term position for 1 year with the option to renew for one additional year. Key Responsibilities * Assist in the planning, logistics, promotion and execution of events with focus on community engagement in Renfrow Hall/Weingart Civic Innovation Pavilion * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input, track action items and support team goals * Manage project timelines, deliverables and deadlines * Maintain project documentation, gather and synthesize date for reports. * Work with internal and external partners to highlight stories and outcomes.
