About the Role

As the Sr. Financial Planning Analyst, you'll support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, management reporting, and financial analysis for a major operating area within the organization. You'll help drive accountability, streamline reporting processes, and strengthen financial performance across multiple programs.

This Sr. Financial Planning Analyst will also contribute to enterprise-wide FP&A initiatives, process improvements, and automation efforts, partnering closely with operational leaders to ensure financial targets are met.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the annual budgeting and long-range planning processes

• Prepare and analyze management reports, variance analyses, and trends

• Partner with operations to develop plans addressing financial risks/opportunities

• Improve FP&A processes, systems, and automation tools

• Support enterprise-wide planning and reporting initiatives

• Assist with goal-setting processes; no direct supervisory responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting

• 5-10 years of relevant experience, ideally at the senior level

• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis

• Nonprofit experience preferred, but open to diverse industries

• CPA or MBA a plus

This Sr. Financial Planning Analyst role includes a two-step interview process: video interview followed by onsite.
