• Licenses: Active New York license required 
• Board: Board Certified in Pulmonology
• DEA: Required • Experience: Pulmonology experience required

  DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Evaluate and manage pulmonology patients
• Work alongside APP and MD team
• Perform procedures as required once confirmed
• Complete onboarding and credentialing processes
