Position Summary
The Medical Assistant plays a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities include:
- Providing direct patient care
- Handling patient registration and scheduling appointments
- Performing various office-related tasks
Minimum Requirements
- Successful completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program
OR
One year of Medical Assistant work experience (in lieu of program completion) - High School Diploma or GED
- BLS CPR Certification by the American Heart Association
Credential Requirement
Must obtain at least one (1) of the following Medical Assistant credentials within 6 months of hire:
- American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA)
- American Medical Technologists (AMT)
- National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)
- National Healthcareer Association (NHA)

COMPENSATION
Pay Range: $20.05 - $26.81 per hour
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
