Job Description
- System Monitoring and Support
- Provide on-site support for health system automated systems such as JBT and Moxi robots.
- Monitor the operation of vehicle fleets from desktops or mobile devices.
- Check functions related to cart dispatch, washers, elevators, detent groups, and cart destinations.
- Issue Identification and Resolution
- Detect and address errors in vehicles, elevators, and cart washers.
- Resolve issues like full detent groups, traffic backups, and network communication failures.
- Environmental Oversight
- Conduct rounds to ensure hallways and rooms are clean and orderly.
- Dispatch carts as necessary to maintain operations.
- Use of Technology:
- Leverage dashboards and reports for system performance insights.
- Track equipment issues with maintenance software (CMS).
- Use Microsoft Teams and OneDrive for documentation, sharing information, and storing incident media (photos/videos).
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma and one year of experience with trouble shooting electrical, mechanical, or computer systems.
