• Night shifts: 1 week on, 1 week off schedule with 14 night shifts per month
• 12-hour shifts from 7 pm - 7 am
• Emergency cases with limited case numbers at night
• Level 3 trauma center
• Full scope including general, regional, vascular procedures
• ASA I - IV patient acuity levels
• Emergency surgical coverage focus
• Stabilize and ship protocol for higher trauma cases
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
