Location: John Day, OR
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Setting: 80% Outpatient (60% Pediatric) / 20% Inpatient & Swing Bed
Requirement: Must be able to perform Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBSS)

Provide skilled SLP evaluations and treatments across outpatient, inpatient, and swing bed settings.

Treat a diverse caseload, including pediatric patients (majority of OP caseload) and adult patients with communication or swallowing needs.

Conduct and interpret Modified Barium Swallow Studies and develop appropriate treatment plans.

Implement evidence-based interventions to support speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing function.

Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.

Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, radiology staff, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care.

Manage your daily schedule with independence and clinical autonomy.

Current Speech-Language Pathology license in Oregon (or ability to obtain).

Graduate of an accredited SLP program; CCC-SLP strongly preferred.

Experience with pediatric speech therapy required for the outpatient caseload.

Must be able to independently conduct Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBSS).
