Neonatology Physician

Join a collaborative and well-supported Level II+ NICU team at a leading hospital in Schenectady, New York. This locum tenens opportunity is ideal for a Board-Certified Neonatologist with a NY license who is available and interested in ongoing PRN coverage.

Location: Schenectady, NY Shift Structure:

• 24-hour shifts: 8 AM 6 PM on-site, with overnight call from home (until 8 AM)

Practice Details:

• NICU Level: II Plus

• Beds: 15-bed NICU (ADC 4.5)

• Mother-Baby Unit: ADC 11

• EMR: Cerner

• Support Staff: Pediatricians, nursery RNs, lactation consultants, RTs, social workers

• No supervision of APPs or residents required

• Deliveries attended as requested, rounding on the Mother-Baby unit based on census

Travel & Lodging:

• Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate

• Hotel accommodations covered
