Experienced Snow Plow Operator/Driver

• Operate company-supplied snow plows and salt spreading equipment to clear snow and ice from client properties according to specified guidelines
• Ensure all work meets client expectations and company standards for quality and safety
• Lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs as needed
• Work outdoors in extreme winter weather conditions for extended periods
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate operations
• Remain on-call, especially during early morning hours, to respond promptly to snow and ice events

• REQUIRED Valid driver's license and ability to be insured to operate company vehicles and equipment
• Previous experience operating snow plows and salt spreading equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in harsh winter conditions

$35 per hour for experienced Plow Operators/Drivers.
