Fast Food Crew member - Full-time / Part-time

We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Fast Food Crew Members to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional service in a quick service and fast food restaurant environment, ensuring customers receive timely and friendly assistance. Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards, maintaining high quality and safety standards.
• Operate POS systems for accurate order processing and cash handling.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and manage register operations with attention to detail.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food prep stations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment.
• Assist with food safety practices, including proper food handling, sanitation procedures, and adhering to health regulations.
• Support team members by bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring the restaurant remains organized and welcoming.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality.

Experience

• Prior experience in food service or quick service restaurants is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and retail math are necessary.
• Experience in food preparation, cashiering, or the food industry enhances performance but is not essential for motivated learners.
• Previous roles in cafes, grocery stores, or retail environments involving customer service or food handling are beneficial.
