What You’ll Do:

  • Provide high-quality care for pediatric and adult patients
  • Mentor and support SLP colleagues, helping develop clinical skills and professional growth
  • Lead specialty programs including Beckman Oral Motor and develop niche caseloads
  • Collaborate across OT, PT, and on-site ABA teams to ensure coordinated care
  • Support clinic operations, workflows, and program development
  • Document in a supportive environment with flexible windows

What We’re Looking For:

  • Licensed SLP in Georgia
  • 3+ years clinical experience preferred, leadership/mentorship experience a plus
  • Mid-level SLP ready for leadership while maintaining clinical practice
  • Clinicians excited to contribute to clinic growth, structure, and culture
