QA/QC Inspector - 2nd Shift - Now Hiring

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a QA/QC Inspector - 2nd Shift to join their team. As a QA/QC Inspector - 2nd Shift, you will be part of the quality assurance department supporting the production and inspection teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: QA/QC Inspector - 2nd Shift

Location: Carmel, IN

Pay Range:$20- $22/ hr on w2

What's the Job?

• Perform quality inspections on manufactured products to ensure compliance with specifications
• Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records
• Identify and report any quality issues or defects to the production team
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in quality inspection or a related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation
• Availability to work the 2nd shift schedule
