Our client, a growing manufacturer and distributor of premium consumer products, is seeking an FP&A Manager to shape financial strategy, drive performance improvements, and partner directly with executive leadership on key decisions. This is a newly created role with high visibility and the opportunity to influence growth in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

• Own financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Analysis & Reporting
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports with KPI dashboards
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support pricing and capital investment decisions
• Analyze operational performance, profitability, and cash flow

Budgeting, Forecasting & Supply Chain Analysis
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• Collaborate with procurement and operations to optimize working capital and lead times
• Support system enhancements and process improvements

Collaboration & Leadership
• Work directly with executive leadership on financial strategy and growth initiatives
• Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership and stakeholders
• Future opportunity to hire and develop an accounting team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
• 5+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience
• Manufacturing/distribution experience strongly preferred
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience ideal
• Strong analytical and communication skills; comfortable in a growth-oriented environment

Work Model:
• Prefer candidates local to Rice Lake, WI
• Hybrid flexibility: ~3-4 days/week onsite during onboarding, then ~8 days/month
