Allina Health Cancer Institute seeks a fellowship‑trained Hematology/Oncology physician with additional training in Palliative Medicine/Integrative Oncology. In this pivotal role, you will help build and lead Integrative Oncology, collaborating across disciplines to deliver patient‑centered, innovative cancer care in the Twin Cities. Base salary $525,000–$550,000, comprehensive benefits.

What you’ll do
- Provide integrative oncology care across the cancer continuum (prevention, treatment, survivorship)
- Collaborate with medical and radiation oncologists, surgeons, nutritionists, geneticists, social workers, acupuncturists, palliative experts, and rehab specialists
- Partner with the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing to integrate complementary medicine and well‑being services
- Participate in weekly multidisciplinary tumor boards
- Practice in state‑of‑the‑art clinics and infusion centers across three metro locations
- Use the Epic EMR for coordinated, connected care
- Contribute to quality improvement and peer review initiatives
Who you are (Qualifications)
- MD/DO (or foreign equivalency); graduate of an ACGME Hematology/Oncology fellowship
- Additional training in Palliative Medicine/Integrative Oncology
- BE/BC with ABMS/AOA; able to obtain/maintain MN medical license, DEA, NPI
- Meets credentialing and hospital privileges criteria
- BLS certification within 180 days of hire
Program strengths

Pay
Pay Range: $525,000 to $550,000 per year
The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
