Millstone Healthcare & Federal Injury Centers of SC is an established Integrated Physical Medicine practice specializing in the treatment of Federal Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury patients. Our multidisciplinary team is dedicated to delivering comprehensive, compassionate care for injured workers and accident victims.

As our practice continues to expand, we’re looking for a skilled, patient-focused Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our clinical team.

Position Overview:

The Nurse Practitioner will provide direct patient care within a collaborative, integrated medical setting, focusing on evaluating, diagnosing, and managing work-related and personal injury cases. You’ll work closely with a team of physicians, physical therapists, PTA's, and rehabilitation specialists to deliver customized, outcome-driven care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and physical examinations
  • Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide injury management, patient education, and wellness counseling
  • Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in EMR
  • Collaborate with the integrated care team to optimize patient outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and documentation standards, particularly relating to Federal Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury protocols
Qualifications:
  • Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in South Carolina
  • 2+ years of clinical experience preferred (experience in occupational medicine, personal injury, physical medicine, or pain management is a plus)
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Familiarity with Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury cases is highly desirable, but in depth training will be provided for the right candidate

Compensation Information:
$50.00 / Hourly - $58.00 / Hourly
