Job Title: CSFA – Operating Room (OR)
Location: Petoskey, MI
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13 Weeks (Potential for extension)
Shift Hours: 12-hour shifts (3 per week, 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM)
On-Call: One night per week (7 PM – 7 AM)
Weekend Requirement: One weekend per month (Friday, Saturday, Sunday nights, 7 PM – 7 AM)
Holidays: Rotating
Job Description:
This position supports a full spectrum of surgical procedures across multiple specialties, including general elective and critical surgeries. The role requires a high level of skill in the OR and flexibility for on-call and weekend responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of OR experience
- Preferred specialties: Orthopedic, General, Endovascular, Urgo, OB
- Certifications: BLS (AHA), NBSTSA OR NCCT
FA can be RNFA or CSTFA
