Customer Service Clerk - Now Hiring

Ace Hardware is looking for customer service clerks for our new store opening in Walnutport, Pennsylvania.  We are looking for people to join us who are energetic, hard working, and responsible.  The candidate must be willing to work a flexible schedule as we are open 7 days a week. Evenings and weekends will be a part of the work schedule.  We operate in a fast paced environment everyday handling customers.  

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications:

• 14 years or older
• Retail skills: point of sale (POS) operation
• Retail skills: customer service
• Retail skills: addressing customer complaints
• Retail skills: taking inventory
• Math skills: counting cash drawer
• Math skills: calculating sales totals
• Comfortable handling customer complaints
• Able to stand for duration of shift
• Able to comfortably lift 60 lbs
• Willing to travel locally
• 2-3 years of total work experience
