Assistant Site Superintendent - Now Hiring

Assistant Site Superintendent Pay: $30–$36 per hour, depending on experience Commercial Construction – Full-Time, On-Site We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Site Superintendent to support day-to-day field operations on a variety of commercial construction projects. This position is 100% jobsite based and requires a strong presence in the field, coordinating directly with crews, subcontractors, and project leadership. The ideal candidate brings proven on-site construction coordination experience and is looking to grow into a more advanced supervisory role. Key Responsibilities Support the Site Superintendent in managing daily construction activities on active job sites Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, inspections, and site logistics Assist with monitoring project schedules and ensuring work is completed according to plan Help enforce safety standards, jobsite cleanliness, and compliance with company and OSHA requirements Perform daily walkthroughs to document progress, identify issues, and support quality control Communicate effectively with project managers, trades, and clients as needed Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to assist with accurate execution of work Provide leadership and direction to field personnel to ensure productivity and adherence to project goals Qualifications Experience as an Assistant Site Superintendent, Site Superintendent, or Construction Management professional with duties performed on active job sites Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, scheduling, and trade coordination Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical documents Solid communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism and composure in a dynamic jobsite environment Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate: $30–$36 (Dependent on Experience) Full Benefits Package Including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) options Paid time off and paid holidays Weekly pay Long-term placement opportunities with consistent project pipelines How to Apply Qualified candidates are encouraged to submit a resume detailing relevant on-site construction experience or call our recruiter at 512-591-0199 More Opportunities with Power Labor USA For more job openings with Power Labor USA, visit https://powerlaborusa.com/careers.
