Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume phone screens for production roles

Perform onsite interviews for production candidates

Support onboarding processes (training provided and responsibilities will expand over time)

Utilize the company's ATS and partner closely with the HR and operations teams
Qualifications
Must-Haves:

2-3 years of recruiting experience

Familiarity with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)

Proficiency in Word and basic/intermediate Excel
Preferred:

Experience with Oracle (ATS or ERP)

Background in manufacturing

High-volume recruiting

Bachelor's degree
