Position Summary

We are seeking a Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeon to join a thriving, hospital-employed orthopedics practice located on the hospital campus in Lawton, Oklahoma.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a broad range of general orthopedic cases and will join an established orthopedic provider in a collaborative and supportive setting. The position includes 10 days of call per month , competitive compensation, and excellent benefits.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive orthopedic care, including diagnosis, surgical and non-surgical management of musculoskeletal conditions.

  • Perform a variety of general orthopedic procedures, including trauma and joint-related cases.

  • Participate in shared call coverage (approximately 10 days per month).

  • Collaborate with other specialists and healthcare staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.

  • Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR system.

  • Participate in ongoing quality and practice improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.

  • Licensure & Certification:

    • Board Certified (or Board Eligible) in Orthopedic Surgery.

    • Eligible for Oklahoma medical licensure.

  • Experience: Experience in general orthopedics preferred; new graduates welcome to apply.

  • Skills: Strong clinical and surgical skills, excellent communication, and a patient-centered approach.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive compensation at or above MGMA median , based on experience

  • Quarterly wRVU-based bonus opportunity

  • $50,000 sign-on bonus

  • $15,000 relocation allowance

  • $5,000 CME allowance + 5 days of CME annually

  • 25 days of vacation/holidays annually
