Hematology/Oncology Physician

Work Dates Needed: Mar - ongoing
Preferred Schedule: Mon-Fri with call, 1-2 weeks of coverage per month needed
Worksite Setting: Outpatient / Inpatient
Scope of Work: Inpatient: 4-6 patients per day Rounding; 2-3 hours per day, then covering clinic until 5pm with call overnight
Special Procedures must be able to perform: Knowledge of NCCN guidelines
Support Staff: MA, RNs
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active IN license required at time of present, DEA, BC Hem/Onc
