Physician - Hematology Oncology

Job Details:
• Outpatient Medical Oncology position with potential for permanent placement (Locum to Perm)• Start date of March 2026 with coverage needed through March 2027• Practice split of 50% Hematology and 50% Oncology• See approximately 30 patients per day in outpatient setting• Manage adult and geriatric patient populations• Participate in tumor board meetings• Manage bone marrow transplants• Perform bone marrow biopsies• Manage VAD/CV catheters• Order tests, imaging, and prescribe medications• Work with blood bank services• Collaborate with nurse oncologists for chemotherapy administration• Utilize EPIC electronic medical record system• Board Certification required• Active Indiana medical license required (60-day credentialing with IN license; 90 days without)• BLS certification required• Reimbursement provided for flight, hotel, rental car, and mileage at IRS standard rate

Compensation:
