Coverage Needed

• January 5, 2026 - Ongoing
• Clinic begins at 7:00 AM and closes at 7:30 PM. Open on Saturdays 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Coverage needed every day except Thursday.
• Shift: Standard 5, Day (8 Hours) 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Clinical Details

• Patients per day: 18
• Patient Population/Age: 6 years and older, majority over 45
• Department: Recognized as a Patient-Centered-Medical-Home for nearly 20 years. Family Primary Care practice accepting patients age 6 through end of life. Pediatric population is only 40 patients between 6-17; total census is just over 5600.
• EMR: Meditech

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Active VT License
