• 5 - 6 twenty-four-hour shifts per month
• Flexible block scheduling with 8-hour in-house plus phone coverage
• Average 38 patients per 24-hour shift in rural setting
• Critical Access Hospital serving Choctaw Country
• ABEM or board-certified family practice/internal medicine accepted
• Emergency medicine residents welcome, no trauma cases
• Choice of W2 with benefits or 1099 contractor status
