Healthcare Consultant

Skills & Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience designing, advising on, and implementing health plan strategies for clients with complex coverage requirements.
- Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or Data Analytics is strongly preferred.
- Experience leveraging analytical tools to develop solutions that enhance benefits value and cost-efficiency.
- Valid Life and Health Insurance license (or willingness to obtain one within 90 days of employment).
- Familiarity with a wide array of insurance solutions and market trends.
- Demonstrated ability to articulate and position organizational strengths in competitive client-facing environments.
- Strong financial acumen, with capabilities in strategic planning, data interpretation, and consultative communication.
- Proven record of driving both new business and long-term client loyalty.
- Background in underwriting or exposure to evaluating policy risk is considered an asset.
