• Other Qualifications: Ability to work independently as a low-volume, solo outpatient provider; collaborate with APPs and affiliate physicians

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide outpatient hematology and oncology clinical care to adult patients
• Manage an average caseload of approximately 15 patients per clinic day
• Coordinate care with APP support and affiliate physicians at Hazard for specialty backup
• Document all patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records in Meditech
• Participate in standard clinical workflows for chemotherapy/infusion oversight and follow-up care
• Communicate with facility staff regarding coverage needs and patient care issues
