Our holistic approach blends orthopedic manual therapy, pelvic health, movement restoration, and advanced modalities like EPAT Shockwave and Stimpod to get real, lasting results.

You’re a Physical Therapist who:

• Thrives in a one-on-one, patient-first environment

• Wants to combine manual therapy and pelvic floor skills to deliver life-changing results

• Have training or interest in manual therapy and/or pelvic floor PT
• Love educating patients and empowering them to take charge of their recovery
• Believe laughter belongs in the treatment room

• Provide one-on-one care to women across the lifespan, with a focus on manual therapy and pelvic health
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans (no cookie-cutter protocols here!)
• Collaborate with our team to ensure every patient feels supported throughout their journey
• Participate in professional development and mentorship sessions
• Contribute ideas and energy to our growing practice—because your input matters here

• Compensation: $80,000–$110,000 per year (based on experience)
• Schedule: Flexible 20–40 hours per week | Monday–Friday between 9am–7pm

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
• Washington State PT License (or eligible for licensure)
