\nRN - Behavioral Health
\nJob Details:
\n• Mix of 8-hour and 12-hour variable shifts, primarily Days/PM from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM
\n • Guaranteed 72 hours biweekly with overtime after 80 hours worked in the second week
\n • Every other weekend rotation required
\n • Holiday rotation required every other holiday
\n • May be placed on low census call with a minimum 2-hour callback requirement
\n • May float to Stevens Point Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit if needed
\n • Work in an 11-bed unit with a maximum capacity of 8 patients
\n • Patient ratio of 1 RN to 5-6 patients when unit is at full capacity
\n • Primary responsibilities include medication passing, patient cares, documentation, and milieu management
\n • Behavioral health experience required with medical/surgical background preferred
\n • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in specialty preferred
\n • Epic charting experience preferred
\n • Required certifications: AHA BLS
\n • Wisconsin RN license required
\n • Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
\n • Any scrub color permitted
\n • Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
