Salary Range:
- BCBA: 90,000 to 120,000 per year, depending on experience
- BCaBA: 70,000 to 90,000 per year, depending on experience
Start Date: January 2026
Experience: Strong preference for adult-services experience

We are seeking a BCBA or BCaBA to support adult programs in the Gilroy and Watsonville areas, including the launch of a new Enhanced Behavior Program and ongoing supervision within an established day program. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are passionate about adult services and interested in shaping high-quality programming for adults with behavioral support needs.
The selected candidate will support clinical programming for adults with developmental or behavioral needs across two locations. Responsibilities may include helping build a new adult Enhanced Behavior Program in Gilroy and providing supervision for RBTs in a day program in Watsonville. This role is ideal for someone who values leadership, collaboration, and meaningful impact in adult services.
- Provide clinical leadership and behavior support in adult-service settings
- Develop or implement behavior plans tailored to adults with diverse needs
- Train, coach, and supervise RBTs and direct care staff
- Support data systems, program fidelity, and service quality
- Collaborate with administrative and interdisciplinary teams on program goals and development
- Active BCBA or BCaBA certification
- Strong preference for experience supporting adults in behavioral or community-based programs
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Comfort with leadership responsibilities and program development
