Key Responsibilities - Service Department Coordinator: 

• Coordinate daily service appointments and manage scheduling.
• Serve as the first point of contact for service customers, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
• Communicate effectively between customers, technicians, and management.
• Dispatch service valet and shuttle drivers
• Write repair orders as needed
• Prepare estimates on used cars for used car department
• Dispatch repair orders to proper technicians
• Maintain accurate service records and assist with warranty documentation.
• Support the Service Manager in organizing workflow and monitoring department performance.
• Uphold Volvo’s commitment to safety, quality, and customer care.

Qualifications/Requirements: 

• Prior experience in automotive service coordination or dealership operations preferred
• A general knowledge of automobiles is required. 
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid in-state driver's license
